2011 MLK Student Essay Contest – Howard CountyE

The Howard County Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Holiday Commission invites Howard County middle school and high school students to participate in their annual student essay contest. Winners will be recognized at the Commission’s annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. celebration on January 15, 2012 at Howard Community College’s Smith Theatre.
