Arduino Robotics Introduction for Elementary and Middle School Students

August 15 @ 10:00 am 12:00 pm

Students will work individually or in pairs with an Arduino board and learn how to connect it, get it running, and begin basic robotics projects. No prior experience is required but generally a middle school level of math and language is useful.

Programming of the breadboard design is done in TinkerCAD. Programming of the car’s actions is done in the Arduino IDE programming language.

After this lesson you can make additional appointments to learn more or put this topic into use.

After online registration closes, please contact SDM for space availability.

This topic can also be taught at any time in individual sessions either in the shop or remotely. Please call for more information.

Cancellation must be at least 48 hours before the lesson begins to avoid further appointment restrictions.
